Programme levels

All our hospitality waves can be booked at Gold, Silver or Bronze level. Each level has been carefully designed to suit specific corporate requirements and budgets, offering deluxe, superior and standard accommodation.

Gold programme

Our Gold level programme includes deluxe first class accommodation at the Sofitel Wanda, a brand new 23 storey luxury hotel located within the Wanda Plaza, the heart of Beijing’s premier Central Business District. It is surrounded by world-class shopping arcades, theatres, bars and restaurants and is also close to key sights such as the Forbidden City and Tian’anmen Square. All bedrooms and suites feature:
  • The unique Sofitel ‘MyBed’
  • Butler service
  • Complimentary broadband and wireless internet access
  • 37” LCD flat screen TV
  • Additional built-in LCD TV above the bathtub
  • ‘Magic’ glass partition between bedroom and bathroom
Catering for an international corporate clientele, the Sofitel Wanda offers a wide range of business facilities and meeting rooms. It also has a swimming pool, fitness centre, health club and Lancôme Spa, as well as various restaurants featuring Western, Chinese and French cuisine and a Japanese show kitchen.

Silver programme


Our Silver level programme includes accommodation at the superior class Xinhai Jinjiang, a four star business hotel located in downtown Beijing within the WangfuJing business area. It is ideally located for access to a variety of restaurants, local markets and shops, including Beijing’s prestigious WangfuJing complex - one of the biggest malls in Asia. All guest rooms feature:
  • Personal computer with LCD screen
  • LCD TV and satellite channels
  • High-speed internet access
  • Video on demand
  • Writing desk
Facilities include two floors of business function rooms, fully equipped with video conferencing capabilities, simultaneous translation systems and broadband internet access. It also has a swimming pool with massage jet-beds, sauna, gym, health club, roof garden and ten pin bowling alley as well as a variety of bars and restaurants serving both Chinese and Western cuisine.

Bronze programme


Our Bronze level programme includes accommodation at the Cici Friendship Hotel – a three star standard class hotel. It has 210 well appointed bedrooms offering:
  • Air conditioning
  • Satellite TV
  • Internet access
  • Mini-bar
  • Tea and coffee making facilities
Within the hotel there are three restaurants offering Chinese, Japanese and Western cuisine. The hotel is conveniently located in the Xi Dan area of the city which is excellent for shopping and public transport and is just a 10 minute walk from Tian’anmen Square.

Note: Availability at all hotels is limited during certain durations; if one particular hotel is fully booked for your preferred dates, alternative accommodation of an equivalent or better standard will be provided.
